The programs make it possible to construct quasi-atomistic liposome models (ELLLIP) and restore the electronic density of the lipid bilayer, as well as simultaneously generate a corresponding size distribution of single-layer lipid vesicles, including in the presence of protein on the surface of a single-layer lipid vesicle (BILMIX).
